- Booking is available for fully registered conference participants only. One day tickets are not eligable for the special conference contingent.
- Booking done over this site not corresponding to a fully registered participant of the IAMG 2015 conference will be cancelled by the conference office.
- Hotels from the conference pre-reservation can only be booked for at least ≥3 nights.
- Internet Booking from the contingent is possible September 5-13 only. For longer bookings make a choice from booking site, than book manually by e-mail to tourist-info@freiberg-service.de and a carbon copy to the conference office iamg2015@iamgmembers.org.
- People staying shorter or without registration are recommended to book in Dresden near Dresden main station (31min by train to Freiberg, hourly service).
- Each registered participant is eligible for one booking only.
- Any booking done on the site will create a contract between you and a hotel. The service is provided by Freiberger Stadtmarketing for your convenience only. Neither the IAMG nor Freiberg Stadtmarketing assumes any further responsibility in you booking.
