- Registration is done at http://www.iamgmembers.org/. You need to register an account and buy "IAMG 2015 Conference fee". Or you can download a registration form here.
- There will be a discount for IAMG members. It is proposed to become a member. Membership provides additional benefits. The IAMG memebrship costs $12 per year and for students $6 per year. You can buy the membership together with your conference registration.
- Early registration ends (see Important Dates).
- Students enjoy a reduced price and a special programme. A proof of student enrollment according to the usual rules of the IAMG is required. Here you can download a form. Fill it out and send it back to iamg2015(not here)@(not here)iamgmembers(not here).(not here)org
- Normal registration includes

- Refund of registration fees in case of cancellation
- Cancellation until the early bird registration deadline: You will get 95 % of the registration fee refunded.
- Cancellation until August 1: You will get 70 % of the registration fee refunded.
- Cancellation from August 2 until September 4: You will get 50 % of the conference fee refunded.
